Welcome! Seventeen years ago, on a whim, and on my way to check out Bend, I moved from the Florida Everglades (via, Toronto, Paris and Brussels) to Portland, OR. It was love at first sight.

The road to becoming a designer and artist was a long and winding one for me. And I like it that way. I was in my late twenties and heavily involved in outdoor education before the idea of ‘graphic design’ presented itself and I made the choice to return to school to study it. Since that time, I’ve worked with and for agencies, large companies, small companies, sole proprietors, and for myself, as a freelancer.

After my kids were born, I wanted to be completely in charge of making my own hours. I added a letterpress to the mix and created my own line of stationery. More recently, I've found my most fulfilling work yet in oil painting.

Working with typography and color, creating logos, illustrating, painting, and solving puzzles are among my favorite things to do. One of the things I love most about design and art, is that it lends itself to anything and everything. No two projects are alike and that satisfies my need for change. I ask that clients approach our work together with an open mind. While it is essential to be able to express the outcome of what it is that you are looking for, the reason anyone ultimately pays a designer is for their ideas. I pride myself on creating concept based solutions on any budget. I’m reliable, honest, hard working, and I like to laugh, a lot. If you like my aesthetic and you think we’d be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you!
